Just begin typing after entering a result within a placeholder to add additional detail.
Add Measures Not Included in the Chart Template on the Fly
If a test or measurement needed for your evaluation is not included in the template, you can use the topic tree to manually add what is needed.
- If you are measuring a different part of the body than what displays in the Anatomy field, you can select another anatomy from the list or click
to graphically select another anatomy. - Use Filter or Search to find the topic or measure that you would like to add.
- Double click the item to add it to the patient's chart.
- Enter measurement results as needed using the guidelines provided earlier.
