Document Findings for Multiple Anatomical Areas
Use the following steps to document the anatomical area associated with specific procedures.
- Select the appropriate topic.
- Select the appropriate anatomical area.
- Enter the procedures normally.
If you are using the same procedure on multiple body parts, the procedure will appear to already be selected, but you can double click on the same procedure to list it under a separate body part. The resulting Procedures area of the documentation may look something like this:
Subjective Information
In this example, subjective information was documented on different anatomical areas
Treatment Plan Example
In this example, the Treatment Plan information was documented separately for the Right Shoulder and the Left Knee:
