Document Bilateral Results

Unilateral Problems

For a patient with a unilateral extremity problem, select the affected anatomical region and enter your documentation results.

Insight EMR will automatically provide two columns for Right/Left Comparison. The affected side results will appear in the left column, as illustrated here.

After entering results for the affected and non affected side, you may earmark any of the results for goal tracking.

Bilateral Problems

For a bilateral problem, select None as Anatomy on the anatomical model. This will allow you to enter bilateral results in the same field instead of providing an automatic R/L comparison.

In the results fields, indicate R or L for each measurement and indicate which results you would like to track as goals.
