Assistant Setup

Set up an assistant (PTA, OTA, etc), as you would any other therapist, with the following exceptions: 

1. Leave the May treat without supervisor cosign check box blank.
   
   
2. In the Payer Credentialing section, Credentialed? column, choose mark all payers as No. PTAs and OTAs do not need to be set as credentialed or requiring cosigning.
