Use Team View

In this topic, you will learn how to view the schedules of teams you have created.

Basic Process

The basic process for using Team View is first to define your teams then select the team you want to view in the By Staff tab. Teams appear in the Staff drop-down list just like individual staff members. Once you select the team you want to view, the schedules of the team members appear in the Schedule Display:

Procedure

Follow these steps to view the schedules of a team you have previously created:

  1. Select the Schedule tab, either by clicking the tab in the row of tabs just below the menu bar or by pressing F3.
  2. Select the By Staff tab in the selected schedule view.
  3. From the Staff drop-down list, select the name of the team you want to view.
  4. View the schedules of the selected team members in the displayed schedule.
