
Scheduler Settings
All of the following settings are configurable:
- Appointment Types - Describes the type of appointment. Different appointment types may have different durations. Examples: Initial Evaluation, Check Back Appointment
- Schedule Background Colors - Colors used in the schedule background may be configured.
- Appointment Status - Appointments are color coded to indicate the status of the appointment. For example, appointments may have a gray background when they are created, but change color when the status of the appointment is changed to indicate the patient arrived for the visit.
- Unavailable Appointment Types and Colors - The available schedule may be blocked off for meetings and other non patient appointments.
- Resources - Equipment and rooms may be reserved with an appointment.
Schedule Settings
From the Settings menu, select Clinical Settings. The Edit Settings dialog box appears.
