Enter Referral Contact Information

How to enter Contact Information in Insight EMR. Contacts include referring physicians and others.

1. Launch Contacts.

   

2. Enter the following information at a minimum:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Name Prefix (examples: Dr., Ms. Mr.)
   • Name Suffix (MD, DO, ARNP, etc)

   

3. Use an existing clinic from the drop down list or add a new clinic by clicking on the ellipsis button.

   

   

4. In the Address Info section, enter address information.
5. In the Phone / E-Mail section, enter phone numbers and the contact email.
6. Add a Taxonomy Code.

   

7. Add an NPI Number.
