Adjust Windows 10 Font Size

Sometimes the font size in INSIGHT appears uncomfortably small on tablets and laptops with a Windows 10 operating system. You can fix this by running INSIGHT in Compatibility Mode.

To turn on Compatibility Mode:

  1. Right-click on the INSIGHT Billing or INSIGHT EMR shortcut and then click Properties.
  2. On the Compatibility tab, select Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3) and then click OK.

  3. Open the System Display properties and then adjust the Change the size of text, apps and other items slider until the text is large enough.

    Note: Performing this procedure will cause printing and formatting issues if you try to print when the display size is greater than 100%. You might need to print documents from a machine without these settings, or change the display size back to 100% in order to print.
