The following describes how to review tasks that you have assigned to another staff member or research all tasks.
Reviewing Open Tasks
Any tasks you have created and assigned to another staff member may be reviewed for progress at any time. Click on the Tasks Created by Me tab, select the task to review, and details about follow up activities for the task will appear in the lower right hand corner as illustrated here.
Researching Task Notes
Notes on tasks may be entered by anyone who has access to them. As shown here, the creator of any task note can be found by hovering your mouse pointer over the note.
Research Tasks is a powerful way to research active and completed tasks. There are several different ways of filtering the tasks for your company:
- Task start date
- Task complete date
- Completed or uncompleted tasks
- Task creator
- Tasks that were ever assigned to selected staff members or roles
- Tasks that were ever assigned or created by a selected staff member
- Tasks associated with a selected Clinic, Client, Payer, Referral Source, or Claim Number; or some combination of the above.
