View Appointment Details

This topic describes how to view appointment details including the icons on appointments and other details visible on the schedule.

Appointment Status

The color of the appointment signifies the status of the appointment. The appointment status is visible when hovering over the appointment. Since the color coding for appointment status is configurable, this is just an example.

Appointment Icons

Icons on the appointments provide important indications.

Viewing Details

If you do not know what the icon represents, just click the appointment and you can see the icons represented in the appointment detail, as illustrated here.

Viewing Other Information

Other useful information, including the patient's contact information, case, and referring physician are all visible for a selected appointment.
