Change Appointment Type, Duration, and Notes
This topic describes how to edit an existing appointment to change the appointment type or duration and how to add appointment notes.
Changing Appointment Type
Double click or right click the desired appointment.
Select a new appointment type.
The new appointment type will be indicated on the appointment.
Changing Appointment Duration
Double click the appointment and click Show Detail.
Change Appointment Start or End Time
It is easiest to just click in the cell and change the time using your keyboard than using the up/down time controls. For example, to change the end time, click in the End Time cell and type 0930, then press Enter.
The new appointment duration will be reflected on the schedule.
Adding Appointment Notes
You may add a note to the appointment by clicking Show Detail.
The appointment note appears in the detail for the selected appointment.
