Patient Issues Listing
This topic describes how to use the Patient Issues Listing to make sure that all needed information has been has been completed during patient registration. You run the Patient Issue Listing report in INSIGHT Billing.
To run the Patient Issues Listing, click Run and then click Patient Issue Listing.
Patients with missing information, such as demographic information, missing Plans of Care, and missing fee schedules will be listed.
Double-click any of the issues to open up the patient record.
Demographic information is easily completed. After the missing information is completed, the issue will be removed from the list.
Medicare patients with missing Plan of Care dates will also be listed.
Patients with charges that are missing entries in the fee schedule for the patient's insurance are also listed.
You may create a task for someone else, or for someone in another department to complete any missing information by clicking the Task button.
