INSIGHT provides a variety of reports to identify and research exceptions that are affecting the performance of your business. In addition to pre-defined reports and alerts, INSIGHT also provides a way to create custom reports to answer very specific questions.
This section provides an overview of the Reports tab interface and definition of some basic terms that are useful to understand when running reports.
The Reports interface has a control panel and a series of buttons and menus that are context sensitive. The buttons will be grayed out unless they are available for the report that is loaded.
