To ensure all payments received/collected within the clinic are reported to Clinicient daily, allowing the ability to reconcile monies posted within the Insight system correctly and in a timely manner.
The clinic will provide view-only access to their business bank account for reconciliation of payments received from both insurance companies and patients. This information from the bank will be balanced back to Clinicient’s Control Log that records the payments and correspondence as they are being posted.
Access to the lockbox, if utilized, is required to obtain all correspondence necessary to post properly to the patient’s accounts within Insight and to provide proper follow up on necessary claims.
Failure to provide this access will require the clinic to submit all payer correspondence and deposits to Clinicient via secure file transfer daily.
