Display Credit
If the remittance contains information about credit, the Credit Information tab identifies it. In the picture below, notice the amounts are the same on the Credit Information tab and the amount shown in red for Remaining (with the red flag) in the Payment Amounts area.
Credit Information tab fields:
- Reason and MC Code: These fields indicate the payer code and reason for the credit.
- FCN #: Financial control number
- HIC #: Health insurance claim number
