List
Insight Billing software is built around the concept of management by exception. The system is designed to call out charges or claims that cannot move to the next stage of processing. The main portion of the screen displays a list of all items that correspond to the tab you are using. Click and drag a column header to move the column to a new position. Collapse rows to exclude them from any task you are performing. For example, if are not ready to create claims for a specific patient, find the patient in the list and use +/- to collapse the patient and delay creating claims for that patient. You can also create custom filters for any column. Refer to Custom Filters for more information.
